Terms of Service

By downloading or using vidy.mg ("the app"), published by Flit Soft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is a place to publish and browse classified ads. It lets you post ads with photographs, a price and your chosen contact details, browse and search other members' ads, save ads as favourites, and message the person who posted an ad. An AI helper can suggest details for an ad from its text.

We are not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly; we do not hold payments, inspect items, deliver goods or guarantee that an ad is accurate.

You need an account to post ads, save favourites and send messages, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got into your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough in your country to enter into the sales you arrange.

The ads, photographs and messages you post remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store them, show your ads to other members, send the text of an ad to our AI provider when the helper analyses it, and deliver your messages. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that what you offer is yours to sell or rent, that your ad describes it honestly, and that you have the right to publish the photographs you upload.

No illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit items, adult content, live animals where the law forbids their sale, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. No scams, fake ads, misleading prices or duplicate spam.

Do not harass, threaten or impersonate other members, and do not publish another person's private information.

We may remove any ad or message that breaches these terms, and suspend or close the account that posted it. To report an ad, write to flitsoft.dev@gmail.com with its link.

Meet in a public place, inspect an item before you pay, and never send money to someone you have not met for an item you have not seen. Be wary of anyone who asks you to pay outside the channels you agreed on.

AI suggestions for an ad can be wrong. Check every suggested title, price, category and location before you publish.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend. Do not scrape other members' ads or contact details, and do not use the app to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The app is provided free of charge and is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The app depends on third-party services — authentication, storage, database hosting and an AI provider. An outage at any of them can stop parts of the app from working.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flit Soft is not liable for any transaction between members, for the accuracy of any ad, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent and removes your ads, photographs, contact details, favourites and messages.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
