Delete your account

Here is exactly how to ask, and exactly what it removes.

How to request it

    In the app, open the Account tab and tap “Delete account”, then confirm in the dialog. The deletion runs immediately — no waiting period.

    Can't open the app? Write to flitsoft.dev@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, subject “Account deletion request”, and we delete it by hand.

Email a deletion request

In-app deletion is immediate. An email request is completed within 30 days, and usually far sooner.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and the profile details taken from your sign-in provider, with the phone number, location and bio you added.
  • Every ad you posted, with its text, price, location and category details.
  • Every photograph attached to your ads, and your profile photo.
  • Every contact detail you added — phone numbers, email addresses, messenger ids.
  • Your favourites.
  • Every message you sent or received.

This cannot be undone

There is no recycle bin and no grace period. Once the deletion runs, your ads, their photos and your messages are gone and we cannot bring them back.
